### Getting started

**What is GLP-1 telehealth?**

GLP-1 telehealth is the process of getting evaluated and prescribed a GLP-1 receptor agonist medication — like compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide — entirely online. A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your medical history through a secure intake, then prescribes treatment that ships directly to your home.

**How does the 10/10Rx process work?**

You complete a 5-minute online intake, a U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your history, and — if you're eligible — your compounded GLP-1 medication is prepared by a LegitScript-certified U.S. pharmacy and shipped free. Most patients receive treatment within days of approval.

**How long does it take to get my medication?**

Most eligible patients are evaluated within 24–48 hours and receive their first shipment within 3–7 business days, depending on location. Shipping is free, temperature-controlled, and discreet.

**Do I need to schedule a video visit?**

No video visit is required for most patients. The clinical review is conducted asynchronously through your secure intake. If a provider needs more information, they will contact you through the patient portal.

### Eligibility & safety

**Who qualifies for GLP-1 telehealth at 10/10Rx?**

U.S. adults age 18+ who meet clinical criteria reviewed by a licensed provider. Eligibility depends on your medical history, current medications, and weight goals. Not all patients qualify — final eligibility is determined by the clinician.

**Can telehealth providers legally prescribe GLP-1 medications?**

Yes. U.S.-licensed clinicians can legally prescribe GLP-1 medications through telehealth in every state where they hold a license. 10/10Rx only matches you with providers licensed to practice in your state.

**What are the common side effects?**

The most common side effects of GLP-1 medications are nausea, mild upset stomach, constipation, and reduced appetite — usually mild and improving over the first few weeks. Serious side effects are rare. Your provider will review the full safety profile before prescribing.

**Can I message my care team after I start?**

Yes. Ongoing clinical messaging and dose adjustments are included in every plan. You can reach your care team through the secure patient portal at any time.

### Pricing & insurance

**How much does GLP-1 telehealth cost at 10/10Rx?**

Compounded semaglutide + B12 is $149.97 for your first month, then $249.97/month ($112.50/month on the 12-month plan). Compounded tirzepatide + B12 is $249.97 for your first month, then $349.97/month ($195.82/month on the 12-month plan). All prices include the telehealth visit, medication, injection supplies, and free shipping.

**Do I need insurance?**

No. 10/10Rx is a cash-pay telehealth service. Pricing is flat and transparent — no insurance forms, copays, or surprise fees.

**Are there any hidden fees?**

No. The price you see covers the clinical evaluation, the prescription, the compounded medication, injection supplies, free shipping, and ongoing provider support. There are no extra charges.

**Can I cancel anytime?**

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time through your patient portal. Multi-month plans are billed in advance; see the Returns & Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

### Medication details

**Is compounded semaglutide the same as Ozempic or Wegovy?**

Compounded semaglutide contains the same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy but is prepared by a U.S. compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved as a brand-name product. Your provider will discuss the differences, benefits, and risks before prescribing.

**Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Mounjaro or Zepbound?**

Compounded tirzepatide contains the same active ingredient as Mounjaro and Zepbound but is prepared by a U.S. compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved as a brand-name product. Your provider will review whether it is appropriate for your goals and history.

**Why is B12 included?**

B12 (cyanocobalamin) is added to support energy and may help offset fatigue some patients experience when starting GLP-1 therapy. It does not change how the GLP-1 medication works.

**Where is the medication compounded?**

All medication is prepared by a LegitScript-certified U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy that meets state board of pharmacy standards.

### Shipping & delivery

**Do you ship outside the United States?**

No. 10/10Rx ships only within the United States. Shipping is free to all 50 states.
