Prescription medications are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy pursuant to a provider's evaluation. In accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, prescription medications are not eligible for return or refund once dispensed.
Orders may be modified or canceled prior to processing and shipment by logging into your account.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered, please contact our patient care team. We will review the issue and determine appropriate next steps in accordance with pharmacy policies and applicable regulations.
Unopened, non-prescription items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
